Mentor Dynamics is a company committed to quality,
providing material handling equipment to a broad range of industry for
over 30 years. We offer a wide range of standard products to complement
our growing custom equipment division. The expertise and experience of
our knowledgeable staff help provide unique and performance oriented
solutions for very complex material handling issues.

Our design solutions are certified by on Staff Professional Engineers to
comply with all applicable regulatory codes and established engineering
standards for mechanical, electrical and structural elements.
Mentor Dynamics designs its equipment to rigorous criteria, which includes
but is not limited to the following:
- National Building Code of Canada
- Canadian Electrical Code
- Steel Design Code (CSA S16.1)
- CMAA #74 -Specification for Top Running & Under Running Single Girder Electric Traveling Cranes Utilizing Under Running Hoists
- CMAA #70 -Specification for Top Running Bridge & Gantry Type Multiple Girder Electric Overhead Traveling Cranes
- Occupational Health and Safety Act (O. Reg. 851) for Industrial Establishments
- Welded Steel Construction Code (CWB W59)

Manufacturing and installations are performed by trained work staff
qualified to the Canadian Welding Bureau CSA Standard W47.1, and by licensed
electricians. Specified equipment is inspected by
Ontario Hydro on completion of manufacturing. Mentor warrants its equipment
for one year, when shipped, and their work (including installation,
construction, repair and start-up), when performed, will meet specifications
agreed to in writing, will be of good quality and will be free from defects
in material and workmanship.


Employee work practices meet the requirements of the Ontario Health and
Safety Act, the government Labour Departments, and regulations for
W.H.M.I.S. Also, Mentor Dynamics is insured through the Workers Safety
Insurance Board (W.S.I.B.) for manufacturing, construction, millwright
and rigging, and by private insurers for; Engineers’ professional
liability, general liability and accident coverage.
